That's what I'm TALKING about.

Today was Angela Wednesday. I was looking forward to our training session because I had been pretty good this week. I worked out 5 of the 7 days, and I met all the goals she set for me: I had no lattes, just coffee; I upped my cardio from 15 minutes to 20; I only had one alcoholic drink per day (and sometimes none at all); and I drank more water on the weekend.

And boy, did it pay off! I lost 3.4 pounds, .4% body fat, and an inch--that's right, I said an INCH--around my waist. Awwwwww yeah. So weight-wise, we're down to 180.8 pounds. Only ten more to go until my first goal!

This week's goals are to continue last week's goals, plus get a notebook for my workouts. Right now I'm just carrying around a folded sheaf of papers.

I must admit to stepping off the scale and doing a little bit of jumping up and down which, considering the circumstances, I feel to be entirely justified. Or, as they say in the vernacular:

OMG! More than 3 lbs in one week?! That rocks hard core! Now your body's giving you its own positive feedback!
