Last night, as I was changing into my pajamas, I happened to catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I stood there, my head tilted to one side, studying my midsection. And whaddya know? A two-pack! Right up there under my sternum!
Sure, there's a spare tire right underneath the two-pack, but it's only a matter of time before that goes away and the two-pack turns into a six-pack, right?!
Oh, and guess what the scale said at the gym last night? 178.6.
