That would be a big fat "NO."

I still have the cold I got 2.5 weeks ago. I also have a lovely case of pinkeye, so I'm working at home lest I infect my coworkers. It's 48 degrees out, breezy, and raining. I'm supposed to do a 4-mile run today.

Do you REALLY think I want to run 4 miles?!

Just put the shoes on. Then warm up with an easy one mile. And because you're warmed up, keep going for another mile. Now you have to get back home. Another 10 minutes, really is not much. Then cool out for an easy mile, don't want to tighten up...and you're done!
